Providence TIP September 2022

Hi all! I applied yesterday to the Providence TIP for SoCal (specifically at Holy Cross) and immediately got a text interview request. The text interview was clarifying that I'll be able to take the NCLEX in time, what units I want to work for, etc. Right after I submitted that I got an interview request!

OMG I didn't write alot down because I thought they would leave the case study up! but they took it down after the 5 min so I was just trying to recall the case study. I feel the same way. If I had more time I feel like I couldve worded my answers better. 

I didn’t write down a lot either. I feel like I said all I needed to say but my SBAR was pretty unorganized. They seemed to like my behavioral answers though!

Oh thats good that the interviews are consistent throughout! Will they be letting you know in a week?

Did anyone ask what the process will be like. Like is there another set of interviews or was that interview for an offer?

They said that they will let me know by next week! I don't think there is another set of interviews after

I think that this was the last step before an offer. They said they would let me know within a week and a half about next steps.

I got the same questions as well, for PLCM Torrance.

I got a case study and prioritization as well. Not feeling too great about it. I felt like I didn’t have enough time to write everything down and answer all the questions within 5 min

Maybe you had a different one from me? Mine was pretty obviously new onset sepsis. 5 minutes didn't feel like much time to collect my thoughts but we'll have to think fast when we're out on the floor!
