Providence New Grad TIPS June 2023

Has anybody else applied for Providence Holy Cross in Mission Hills for June 2023 cohort? 

I interviewed 03/23 and they said in ~2weeks we will hear back. I wanted to start this thread to share our process through this ?

For Santa Monica, Tarzana, or both?

I heard that they do reach out whether its a yes or a no. I felt like my interviews went well, but you can never be too sure I guess. I applied for L&D, ER, and Postpartum

I emailed the recruiter on Monday because I was worried I had not received my official offer. Just something short and professional, and she emailed back something saying my offer was still being processed. Two days later, I woke up to an email with my official offer.

Hi Jfan, I did hear back from Torrance last week. I am sure they are processing as fast as they can since they are working with people who are accepting and declining offers. I do hope you hear back from them soon!

For those who were accepted, when did your portal change from "under consideration"? 

I'm trying to see if I'm still in the running for a position or not.

I accepted my offer on Tuesday morning. I noticed it changed over on Wednesday.

I had received my initial offer from St.Jude. I was just waiting and waiting for the formal offer.
