OMG congrats, how exciting. What made you stand out? OB is my top field, however I didn't get calls from any:(

Would you mind sharing tips on the interview process or did you have previous experience or a bachelors?

Honestly I didn't have any prior experience except for clinicals and I had my preceptorship in the adult ICU so a worlds away from OB. However, one thing I know that really helped me was having a lot of clinical stories prepared that showed how I am as a nurse. Also, I do have my bachelors!

My advice is to show how passionate you are for OB and to not memorize interview which can come off robotic. Be yourself during the interviews and be prepared :)) good luck!!

Thank you so much. I have my ADN from Glendale community college but I'm getting my bachelors from Cal state, I hope to wait and get in. Are you nights? Also how many positions were they offering?
