Has anybody else applied for Providence Holy Cross in Mission Hills for June 2023 cohort?
I interviewed 03/23 and they said in ~2weeks we will hear back. I wanted to start this thread to share our process through this ?

Mission Hospital (Mission Viejo) offered the same.
Awesome! Thank you. When I accepted the offer from Mission (Mission Viejo) the system automatically withdrew my other applications from consideration, so I was not able to see the other offers.

How do you see the night differential in the offer? Mine doesn't have it. My st Jude offer was 45 (straight pay) and st joes was 39 (time and half after 8hr). Is your st joes straight pay?

Trying to figure out if all Providence facilities in Orange County are starting at $45/hour now.
Straight pay?
It's interesting how Providence offers different pay depending on the location. LCOM in Torrance offered $43 with a $4 night diff. I even tried asking them if it makes a difference that I will be obtaining my BSN soon, and I was being offered a specialty unit (L&D), and the recruiter didn't have much to explain except "that's what the RN resident position is offering." I guess compared to smaller hospitals that pay $35/hour, this is definitely better. Just curious if anyone knows why the pay is not the same across the board. Or is this something to look further into? Or too late since I signed my official offer letter...

I think it just depends on the location and then unit maybe. Not sure tho!

Night differential wasn't listed in the offer. I asked the recruiter about it when going over the offers.
