Providence New Grad 2024 Cohort

I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

Is anyone still waiting for Little Company of Mary Torrance for offers? (especially ER LOL) it's week 3 of waiting also has anyone gotten rejection emails?

Someone I know I think got an offer for ICU last week I think Thursday or Friday

A friend of mine is waiting for 1st surgical and he hasn't received any rejection emails. He actually sent an email last week and got a reply that they're still waiting for the panel team to decide. Not sure about that. I honestly think they already sent out offers and just waiting for others to accept/decline. Also, to wait for others to pass/fail the NCLEX.

I'm waiting for L&D or mother/ baby in orange LOL I saw someone got an offer for L&D not sure if there done sending offers

This is the last week, so let's see! Please let us know if any of you guys got an offer for 1st surgical! Or any other offers from LCOM torrance

All 3 locations have been slowly making selections. I interviewed at Burbank Monday and both HC and Tarzana on Tuesday. Thankfully, I have received an ED offer at both Burbank and HC. ? I have not heard from Tarzana yet, however my friend was offered an ED position there yesterday afternoon. I also know a couple people who were offered ICU at Burbank, 2 offered Neuro tele at Burbank, 2 offered nuero tele at HC and my friend and I that were offered ED at both Burbank and HC. It sucks waiting but know that they are still making selections and positions will also open up as people start to pick their 1st choice hospitals/positions if offered positions at multiple hospitals. They also said some may not get a preliminary call or email but just given an official offer in the coming weeks. Keep refreshing those emails and answer those unknown numbers! Good luck! You got this! ?

I just received an offer this morning! It's for St joes in Burbank. Looks like they're still sending out offers this week!! ??

Anyone still waiting for Fullerton location like me...? LOL... 

No response from recruiter and no rejection letter ... any updates anyone?

It's different across all the facilities I believe. Like st joes in Burbank is $50, holy cross in mission hills is $48

For anyone wanting to stay at Providence: I've been a nurse for 8 years and they offered me $57 for nights plus $6.50 diff in LOL. Insanely low. Only reason I took it was bc I wanted to transition to a different unit...
