I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

Timeline:
1/16 - unofficial offer phone call
1/23 - email for SSN+DOB 
1/24 - f/u email for phone call availability
1/25 - phone call with HR for official offer + onboarding processing steps & email for official offer was sent right after the call
1/26 - onboarding paperwork email 


I'm just worried since my official offer letter states a contingent start date of February 12, 2024

Ohhhhh okay so when I was interviewing at St Joseph I spoke to someone (I was interested in OR) that said every unit EXCEPT OR starts February 26. OR starts earlier

Well if you take it the 6th, it only takes about 2 days to get your test results/email with your license number so you should be fine I think

Anyone else having a problem download the Providence Onboardme app?

 

keeps telling me it is unable to process or unavailable in the US. Want to see if it's just my phone or what ?

 

I already emailed them just curious !

Thank you for your replies T_T. It makes sense since the OR is a 9-10 month new grad program they would start earlier.

I actually am still waiting to schedule my NCLEX.. I accepted an offer and the recruiter said I need to have the NCLEX test scheduled by 2/16 for the 2/26 start date. All of my documents and transcript have been received and processed by the BRN so it's just a matter of them sending the email with my att to allow me to schedule. I'm hoping to take it by the first week of Feb. I'm also worried about completing everything in time to start on 2/26!

has anyone has heard back from the Main OR at St. Joe's Orange? I believe there's only 2 spots and I'm getting nervous since the previous comments talked about the OR starting earlier than other units

If anyone can give me recruiter info or any updates for ST. Jude Fullerton... offering status... it be great help.. I tried emailing the recruiter that was stated in interview emails but no reply and it's been over a week. Almost 3week now and no rejection email or offer. Just really want to know if this is still hopeful. Please help me if you applied to Fullerton. Thank you guys

I've heard that st joes in Burbank is behind on sending out offers. Has anyone else heard this?
