Providence New Grad 2024 Cohort

Updated:   Published

I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

I got an ED offer from Tarzana

Seems like ED may be the only department there that's reached out. I could be wrong though! I didn't put ED as any of my 3 choices.

has anyone gotten their 2nd or third choices yet for LCOM Torrance? If so what unit if you don't mind sharing?

When was that? What unit?

anyone know people from former cohorts who got invited to meet & greet and still not receive any offer at LCOM Torrance from any dept ? I really thought my interview went well and I had alot of positive feedback but I'm a lil worried now ?

I understand your frustration, but just be patient. The post instruction did say to wait 2-3 weeks. Different managers/units operate differently. Plus, these could be the units that have high demands for new grads (high turn over rate, night shift, etc). Just because other people have been offered jobs, doesn't mean yours will not come. Just because they got the job also does not mean that you're not enough for it. Maybe these positions wanted individuals with open availability and they expressed interest in it. Hang in there.

Thank you for those reassuring words. I am definitely trying to remain positive but I would be lying if I didn't say I was a lil anxious. I did express interest in very competitive specialties so I understood the chances were already slim but hoping for an offer in another dept at the least.  *fingers crossed*

my friend works there and was told they'll make calls this week

Wondering if anyone applied and/or ever heard back from Providence Saint John's in Santa Monica? I applied back in December and my app status has shown in review ever since. Wondering if anyone was actually contacted for this specific location?
