Providence New Grad 2024 Cohort

I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

I had an interview there but haven't heard back since then. They did say it would be 2-3 weeks.

Do you mind sharing what unit? Also how long after completing the initial text screening did a recruiter contact you for an interview?

It was with 3 dept managers, I think NICU, med surg and oncology. But the interview isn't necessarily for those specific units. You're given a list of what's available and choose your top 3 during the interview. After applying I answered the prompted questions I received via email right away and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview within a couple of days.

I applied and interviewed there as well. I got an interview invite immediately after filling out the survey. The interview slots are first come first serve, so my guess is you may have applied too late and there weren't anymore times available ?

Yes please fill us in if St Joe's in Burbank or Holy cross in mission hills sends out an email or calls anyone this week. Much appreciated!! ?

I received an email with the unofficial offer on Friday and a call this morning from the unit manager for the Float Pool Unit.
