I just wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP RN Residency  program for new grads applying to the 2024cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, and more!! ☺️

I got a notification last Friday via email that my offer was being prepared. I received an official offer today and a call from the recruiter.

What a dream ? LOL

when you interviewed, were they in your panel? They weren't in mine so I felt like it was a less of an opportunity for me. Although I did introduce myself to them in the small hiring fair they had after the interviews but still..

I interviewed with the managers for postpartum & L&D at Orange, but for Mission I interviewed with random units that were not any of my choices. I haven't heard anything though. Maybe they will still make more offers soon.

Mine was 1/12. I did meet the manger for L&D and PP at the meet and greet. But she emphasized they only had 1 spot for each and I didn't interview with her, so I'm not counting on that one. You?
