Hi myie16 you don't need to submit anything aside from the transcript and license authorization and validation forms and also the signed notarized application :) That's all right. It's better to ask questions so you won't waste time doing wrong thing...

Did you send your signed notarized application together with your application? The transcript authorization and validation form must be sent to the CGFNS too because they will be the one to send it to your school. :)

You'll never know they might hasten your verification. Just keep your fingers crossed and persistently calling them really helps. Hahaha Btw, has the California BON sent your license verification already?

Yes they did. Just last week. They have actually received it last February, I tracked the documents sent by my school to them. But it wasn't until last week that they notified me they have received it and it showed up in my account. :)
