i took the exam recently and the critical questions were not marked. In my case, the blueprint was very helpful for almost all questions/topics can be found there.

It depends also in your area of specialization and the license you are gonna apply for. They prefer those who have worked in special areas such as NICU ICu etc

I think they are suffering from nursing shortage. Several agencies from United Kingdom already came to my country to recruit for their respective hospitals. You have an advantage because you have an experience in ICU. :)
