Anyone going to be in RN Residency in MultiCare this February? I just got an offer in Tacoma General Hospital. I'm excited and somewhat nervous.

You'll still have to take the English Proficiency exam in WA state, I think you can take IELTS or TOEFL. I did IELTS tho.

44% to 58% scores, did 1.5k + questions. Passed at 75

I only get a score of 44% to 58% scores in uworld, I was doing only 75 questions a day and I passed the NCLEX -RN. Focus on rationales and make them right, practice thousands of questions, repeat the incorrect answers again. You will be fine. :)

I used Kaplan to help me choose the right answer, and uworld for content, passed NCLEX RN. Try practicing lots of "Who would you see first" questions and SATAS.

I felt the same way too when I took the examination. Then I passed 75 questions
