Interview questions are pretty much basic like Tell me about yourself, How do you see yourself 5 years from now, how do you handle grumpy doctors/patients, what is the above and beyond thing that you did, and couple more questions that I forgot. You will be fine! Just be yourself, smile, be enthusiastic, sell yourself, and don't forget to ask questions! Good luck! :)

I finally received an email stating that they sent my application to their hiring manager. Also, thank you for the advice! I'm always so nervous when it comes to interviews. I recently received an offer for the Swedish Residency, but would love to interview for the NICU residency for Multicare as well! I hope they contact me soon, I would love to be given a chance to interview for that specialty.

NurseKat206 16 Posts Has 1 years experience. Jan 26, 2018 Hey Masonorrn,I had the opportunity to interview for the RN Residency at Tacoma General Hospital for the NICU yesterday. I feel that it went really well and they had asked for my references today. I was wondering if you could provide me details about employee parking, and anything else you know about the residency program.
