If you can go to for your BSN , not because you get additional training , in the contrary ADN nurses practice more skills , but just because the majority of the hospitals only want to hire BSN.

There is a surplus of new grads..until that gets adjusted....BRN setting a cap limit of new licenses or people wise up and realize that there arent many jobs for new grads...the situation is not going to be better..

Apparently only one person that I know of got an interview for CV MS the week of Dec 23 .and others for OB have interviews scheduled next week...the program is suppose to start in Feb..so who knows...
