Hello, I am from NC, and usually for an interview one would wear a black suit, and black tie with white shirt, however I have been cautioned that that may be too much to wear up there, and to just stick with slacks and nice shirt. Any advice~

I have heard this, I don't remember where, but I do believe, it because of all the new grads that go to med-surg, a bunch of them leave, or the ones I have known that graduated did anyway!

Will you be doing the same job as an Associate Degree RN, or do BSN nurses do more than ADN nurses or Diploma Nurses, if the responsibilty is the same, I certainly wouldn't worry about it!
