  5. Help , any ecpi student under 24

Have you tried researching cheaper programs that are nationally accredited. Sounds like this school is very expensive. Try all other possibilities before thinking of signing up there. It will save you money and trouble down the line. Just my 2 cen...

  19. Can't choose...Lpn or RN

I keep going back and forth about this decision and would love to hear some other opinions as I am completely torn. I have my associates degree from my local CC but with limited seats and hundreds of applicants along with my 3.5 GPA I am having a har...
  20. Can't choose...Lpn or RN

Thank you for this, Heathermaizey. I am going to go with the LPN program especially now that I have found out the the $57,000 RN program at ECPI is approved by the BON but not accredited. I called to verify that they were indeed not accredited and th...
  21. Can't choose...Lpn or RN

I have seen some LPN-BSN programs around, actually there is one in my area at a university BUT I wouldn't be here long enough after the LPN program to even attempt to apply. I do believe they are "clock hours" so nothing would transfer.
  22. Can't choose...Lpn or RN

  23. Can't choose...Lpn or RN

Thank you for your response, pmabraham. LPN's in my area are mostly in LTCF and doctor's offices. Many of the hospitals if not all at this point want nursers with a BSN which is why I would want to continue on to get to that point. The fact that we w...
