UAMS is great when it comes to LGBT employees and the only level 1 trauma. I don't know much about the other hospitals though.

Anybody else applying or have already applied for the BSN program at UAMS this upcoming summer? Thought I'd start a thread for us to wait it out together and pass on any info!

For anybody else searching for the page... I was still having trouble finding it, but had to change the search settings to just groups before it'd pop up. That may have been why we couldn't find it earlier.

Instead of private you might need to make it open for now. I know I can see closed groups still though so idk.

I got into the traditional (didn't apply for accelerated)! I think I'm going to decline, but still nice to know I made it!

I'm doing mine in maumelle. I just went to the American Heart association website and looked for classes close to me.

So anything you can tell us about the program that we don't already know? Tips? The reality that it starts next month has hit me, and I'm freaking out a little bit!

Has anyone thought about making a FB page for our class? I think it'd be easier to talk and get to know one another.

I'm too excited and feel very rushed so I have scheduled some things! I also wanted to send everything in together and get them out of the way before finals. I'm doing my TB test this week, my physical Friday, and CPR certification Thursday.

You're right. Still nothing today so I called. She said all decisions were mailed out and if I don't get something by Tuesday to call. It must be lost though, because I only live 20-30 minutes away.

I agree! If they'd just be up front about when they were going out I'd be less anxious.
