hi...anyone who's facility is willing to hire an immigrant nurse for a job with a current RN license at New York?my husband and i finished our visa interview at the US embassy here in the philippines...unfortunately, don't have a job offer letter yet...

The agency filed for my visa application since they are my petitioner...if that's the case they can't find me a job and they won't release me as well, what is my right as their client when they can't do their part as stated in our contract?

I told them that if they cant give me until next month, i want to have a release paper so that i can be recaptured by other agencies...they said i will be paying the amount stated for a breech of contract...i can't understand them because they can't ...

yes...but for us to have a visa we need to have a job since it is a requirement for our immigration status...

EB3- employment based immigrant... priority date is august 2006...

i asked them about your advise and they said they are trying even in the upstate...i don't know what to do because i already signed a contract with them and they said that i will pay if i will change my agency...even until now they can't answer me wh...

thanks gilbert...already had our interview at the embassy but i can't understand why my agency can't give me a job...they have plenty of job openings in their website but they said the facilities there want those that have experiences in the US...

yes i know that they are the ones responsible....but i can't understand why they can't provide me one...i've seen in this forum that almost all of you recommends white glove care agency...that is my agency...they keep on telling me that they will fin...

my agency is white glove care...they still communicate with me and keeps on saying to be patient since american nurses are prioritized in their affiliated agencies...however, there are still many nurses migrating there because they have job offer fro...

are they hiring foreign nurses?

yes because my agency told me to tell the consul that the job offer will follow...that's why the embassy is still waiting for us to mail the job offer letter to release our visas....
