You should of just quit then, especially if no breaks. That was your situation, where I work we have breaks.

If cna on day shift found sitting in recliner they would be reamed by charge nurse.

Before I got in nursing, the few jobs I worked prior required standing. I don't view it as cruel. Lots of jobs require standing. The cna stand on there feet all the time, so why can't we.

I know two residents who are confused at times and if wheelchair isn't close they will try to walk to it. Even used bedside table to. They are very unsteady. It's a fall just waiting to happen, but some other people views are different. They think b...

People based there opinions on experience. But the those residents can safely transfer themselves in wheelchair

I took both FFCA and missed it by few questions. But I don't feel like a failure, I feel like I accomplished something, I will definately pass it next time. I signed up for the July one.
