    does it get really humid out there??? I don't mind the heat at all. It's the humidity that kills me. I'd much rather be in 110 degree dry heat weather than 70 degree humid heat

    thanks, I'll definitely check out that site! We don't plan on moving out there for 2-3 years so hopefully that's enough time for the market to turn in buyers
