well then ur taking nstp 1/2 and taking the PI board here and the nclex in US. it's ur choose if u wanna do dual or US citizen wen u in school

I dont believe u can "retake ms/OB" . What school do u go to? In my 4th yr we had completion of duty.

U graduated nov. 2012? Foreign fee- it only applies when u go to school as a foreign student using ur U.S Citizenship or any of that sort not dual citizenship/Filipino citizenship.
