Just go the CA BON website and submit your documents from their list. But I hope you know that now, CA requires you submit a copy of your PH license. Not withstanding that, I hope you recognize that the CA BON has been strictly enforcing the concurrency rule and there's been no PH college that meets that minimum standard, so the chances of getting a rejection letter is very high.
If your application is rejected, you will not be given the ATT until you can clear up the deficiency, which means having to take the one course in a very competitive manner.
I was also one of thousands that got rejected, but it's not just students or nurses from the PH but from many other countries.
Your other options are become a LVN in CA or apply to other states. Check out the International forums, you'll find more information there.
thanks for the info. I don't need a ph license here tho. I'm on student visa.
You still need to submit all the other required documentation to the CA BON for them to evaluate your nursing courses and curriculum to see if they all meet the educational standards before you get the ATT. If you do get the ATT, then you're allowed to registered to take the NCLEX.
It can take 2-3 months on average, sometimes longer to get the ATT answer, either yes, here it is or no, it's been denied.
You get all the information needed from the CA BON website, take it from there. Easy to fill out and use the checklist.

sorry californiagrown but i cant send PM's yet
As mentioned there are many International trained nurses especially from the Philippines that are not meeting CA requirements due to concurrency of cases and going to another state and then plan to endorse probably will not work either because same requirements will need to be met
let's see about that.
