    I know at Sunrise there is an RN who exclusively does PICC insertion. That's all he does all day. I don't know about other hospitals. I think it would be a matter of giving them all a call.

    Yep, that's it. They make it kinda of difficult to find. It's in the overview section of the annual report I think and does not include NSC's 2007 accelerated class pass rates.
