I think breaking it down into chunks may be the only trick that works for me. I printed out the first "area" - Planning phase- to read and re-read it hoping to absorb the contents. I think it will all make sense eventually. If not, we could alway...

If so, how did you do on the exam? I need to retake it, and since its the last module before the FCCA, I want to ace this exam the second time around. I just took TRansitions yesterday, and I'm on the last exam (although a retake). Any suggestions...
