    I checked the application form.. There is a portion there that you can state that you are a non-immigrant (temporarily in the US) You just have to state your visa type and your USCIS number

    Thank you for all your help, i now have a clearer plan in mind. I think the 6 to 9 months will buy me time to review, take the extra courses like the Child abuse and infection control courses.
