    Most people tolerate Buspar very well...if you did ok on Xanax there should not be an issue w/the new medication..I assume you work 12 hr shifts..start the medication on a day you have off and take it...

    I think I would've liked it since it's fairly technical in nature and the training would've been thorough but a Home therapies Nurse and a Dialysis Nurse are not really the same..the dialysis portion...

    I did get the job however I resigned a month into it. What I was told in the interview turned out to be far different once I got started...the pay was $27.50/hr plus benefits. I had no dialysis...

    I've never heard of a PRN getting overtime..maybe things have changed but PRN in every hospital I've worked has been good money but no guarantee of hours, no benefits...doesn't sound like you have...

    I resigned. This company and it's practices are just not inline with my personal or professional ethics. Too many changes and too many "oops..forgot to mention" re: training, mileage, hours, pay, etc....
