Yes some 17's and 16's also made it off the alternate list. I believe some 17's made it in when they first made the decisions, and 17's were also on the alternate list. But I am no 100% positive.

Just open it very carefully and reseal it...heat up the seal with something to make it moist so it opens easily...or just rip up the envelope real good and tell him it came that way!!! Congrats everyone!!
