i am a foreign nurse too. i graduated in 2008 and had taken nclex 2x. i failed with 75 questions on the 1st try with only pharmacology content that i failed. the 2nd time, i got 265 questions with all content NEAR PASSING. but i get on my knees again...

hi angela, i used the mosby the newest edition before but i don't like this that much. I prefer the saunders for its content; it is very well explained. i am using it right now as well as nclex 4000, La Charity and Kaplan 2010-2011
