Hi In our practice, peripheral inserted central catheter placement is ICU nurse job. We call PICC "our CVC". What`s your expirience ? Do you use PICC in your practice? PICC placement - doctors or nurse?

first to medsurg then home. never from icu.

That company has obviously "amazing professional" approach to the customers. i just can`t belive that.....

Yes, Dantrolene sodium is for MH treatment. And I think it`s the only iv. cure for MF. And also, I think there is no effect of cooling measures if you don`t have Dantrolene for MH treatment.

A-line vs NIBP? If A-line is properly zeroed and the waveform is good I think result from art. line is a true BP.

Thanks Gwenith, But do you use some tools for nurse workload mesurement? TISS 28 is most popular in practice. How do you use scoring system? After every shifts or .... Just nurse workload, not patient status.
