Nurse M610 I really liked it. It was a lot of responsabilitie as I had to do the schedule, manage the caregivers, assess prospective patients before admissions... However it was rewarding. I left a year ago to go get my RN. Good luck

I have worked in SNF and we had that. However ALF does have that and again it is a private pay, no medicare/medicaid

This facility does not have an e-kit. It is a private paid, no medicare/medicaid. Why would you wait for a resident to be down to his/her last pill.

The Resident Care Coordinator is a rewarding position. There is a lot to learn and to do, but I love every single minute of it. Regarding salary, it depends in which state you are, but be willing to negotiate. Best of luck
