Good point! I wasn't even thinking that we would still assess their PERRLA knowing they were blind. It always comes back to "chart what you see" which would mean that you would still assess it.

It's your own decision to tell them or not. You don't have to tell them if you don't want to, and you shouldn't feel compelled. I wouldn't tell them until you tell everyone else when you hit the 2nd trimester. Congrats!!
