I PASSED!!!! got the results in 24 hours on the state board web site! It was the hardest test i had ever taken in my life. HESSI was a cake walk compared to that tragic mess of the NCLEX but i passed and am an RN now!

Is there any option of calling the HR at the hospital and talking to them about your chances of getting this job? I'd try that option out to see if you could get a feel for that position.

if they allow you to sit for boards is it simply a matter of employers not recognizing the school you graduated from and wont hire you?
