Calling from PI to USA can have many issues. Cellphones international calls to USA are very expensive. Landline calls are subject to local brownouts

Well I took a job in Med Surg, I am very bored at work, It is like working at a Nursing Home. All I do is give out meds and chart. Pay is good but the work is mundane and no challenge

If a USC RN does not have a job in the nursing field then it's thier own fault, they need to get out and job hunt and be flexible. Instead of getting on Internet Boards and crying about "I can't find a job"

Check out Parkland Hospital in Dallas, County Hospital they have many New Grads Job Posted I just don't know what they will think about your training in Canada

I also wonder what your co-workers say about your perfomance on the job and your attitude
