I am waiting to hear back officially in regards to April 2016 start. Anyone else? Anyone heard anything yet? I am ready to get going!!!

I am currently in Cyfair's program. It is really an awesome program, but the standards are high and it not easy. Best thing to do during app process is to pull a score card off of the website and score yourself. Also...start your HEB B seris ASAP....

Congrats Cyfair newbies! Don't worry about drug test...they will let you know. It's not something you have to take care of before oreintation.

For cyfair people who are waiting on letters.....the mail is sloooowwww. Last semester the letters wer mailed on Sept 24. The first person did not get her letter untill 28th. Most of us, not until 29th or later. Just because they say they were mailed...

Cyfair has one in there library that helped me ALOT. I think it was calld "Nursing School Entrance Exams".

When I turned in my intent letter to Cyfair, she said they would e-mail us the info on that soon:)

Congrats to all the Kingwood people! I can't believe they told yall 2 more weeks AFTER they had mailed the letters.....talk about cruel and unusual punishment!

I believe someone here said kingwood was taking 60 this year....not sure 'cause I previously had thought they took 80 also. Thats prob something they would/could tell u if u called.

I bet you end up getting to choose between kingwood and cyfair. Being a cyfair alternate will not knock you out of the running for kingwood...also It was my understanding that a good number of the alternates end up getting in because of declines. I...

Doesn't admin close early on Fridays? I bet the letters did not make it to the actual post office on Friday.

My mail came and went......nada.

Ok...I did some research. Pulled up the thread from last year. Cyfair posted that letters for spring 2010 were mail Wed. Oct 14. People started receiving them in the late day mail on Fri Oct 16th.

Can you imagine how annoying we must be????? I'm annoyed with myself....I can only imagine what it must be like to have to deal with me and another couple hundred like me all day

I know that Cy Fair is accepting 50(if everyone on our list gets in, that's half of our class). Not sure how many applied. I think I heard somewhere that it is usually around 600. Don't know 'bout Kingwood.
