I have 7 years experience as a cna but everyone tells me I need a year of nursing experience for home health, hospice, etc. I don't know what i'm doing wrong. I can't get a year experience if I can't get hired. I'm trying to stay optimistic.

20-28 hours a week...listening to the recorder works when you don't have time to sit down to study.

Have you tried home health?..you don't have to deal with other nurses and you are just working one on one with a patient..Don't quit..try a different field..

pray and find any and all documentation to support your claim. This situation may be a blessing in disguise...I would get out of there.
