Ok so i got the letter to come in for the initial Tabe test(Nov 8) to see if i can make it in to the Lpn Prep. And I have the worst case of nerves (very unusuall for me) can anyone tell me what the entry Tabe is like? especially the math part as math...

i forget who but i believe on page 1 someone really nailed it on what to expect it was a bit of a challange for me as math is my cross lol, but by no means will i not realize my dreams and thanks for the kinds words. best of luck

that is what i was thinking if doing, im hopping to start school in January. i think iil take small steps but long range is NP

Dc guy , I'm glad u figured this out now. Nursing... heck medicine is a calling, and no field is 100% exempt from what I call the gut check moments lol. Shoot I trained as a cvt cardiovascular ultrasound tech. And would bump in to lots of X-ray guys...

short term, CNA but long term NP. idk what specality just yet cause several caught my eye but i will admit (while i was training as a cardio-vasscular tech) being in and out of the ER. i think i would do well there

yeah i figured about the EKG which i have and did a refresher as a cardio-vass tech. but yeah i will definatly come back and post what i find out and im in NYC..

I am a RMA/RPT and im gearing up to take the CNA Class. now seeing as im already a RPT (phlebotomist) do i still have to sit for the PCT course? or dose anyone know if i can challange it

that was my point, isnt that the additional class needed to become a PCA once your already a CNA which i already posess so i would rather not redo what i dont need to. but if there is something more than of course i need to sit and take the class(s) ...
