Does any one out there know if anyone other than nurses can draw from ports/lines? Examples would be someone from the laboratory as in a phlebotomist or a Medical Laboratory Technologist?

I already tried that before I posted the question. I can not get anything to come up. Thanks anyways!

Where is this stated? I just would like verification that this is some law or something that is inforced by the state!
