Hi all, I got a position at a Tele unit but some times it was referred to a step down unit. I thought it was was not the same. Can some one please tell me the exact difference though? Thanks so much:heartbeat

Hey Juzagirl, I'll tell you in my opinion..I don't know if anyone will agree but most of the actual content that I studied was no there at least on my exam. But I think that yes content is important to study but the emphasis should be doing AS MUCH ...

Oops sorry, one more Question.. Is it 48 hours from the time you started taking it and started a few hours earlier or from when officially you were supposed to start taking it? Don't mean to drive you crazy.
