    You're right...its just that..the feeling you get after taking the exam is so...overwhelming...i actually cried for hours after i took mine...ugh...its a totally not so good

    I think its number four. safety is the prioirty here...i think. THe voices might tell the patient to hust himself/others so the nurse has to assess further...and intervene
