Suzzanne's plan is the thing... The exam is really hard, and i dont think your husbdand knows how hard it is... Just pick yourself up and try again.... Rest for a while, then start reading books once again... God bless you

Im foreign educated too, and passed on first try... I always told my friends if they really want to be 100% confident, go read a million books about nursing. But since we cant, we can only trust God... I waited painfully for the result, but thankful ...

Consider suzanne's plan...ive never tried it but its free and it works...i used kaplan and followed everything in the manual...i just added another 100 questions that i should answer everyday...along with this i used saunders 3rd ed...im internationa...
