    it won't hurt, but i would try looking for a hospital that offers a "critical care new nurse residency". there are many that do here in the new york city area (i.e. montefiore, nyhq, etc.)

    rescueg.... i basically had the same plan as you. the paramedic part was pretty easy, just very time consuming with all the clinicals. now i am taking the ec tests. overall, they are relatively easy, only taking a few hours to study for each one....

    tcn= the college network purchase on ebay for about $10-20 if you have unlimited resources get the TCN guides and take the EC exams. i didnt have much time to study, hence the 'c'.
  24. refer to point 4. If now enrolled in the nursing program your degree should hold up in states that currently accept ec (due to "grandfather" clauses).
