    It probably depends on where you live. I do know that the major hospital here in Grand Rapids michigan will not even look at you if they see Excelsior on your resume/application

    Hello, What I usually do is start like this "observed resident on the floor on his/her left side......." and describe exactly what I saw when I entered the room.
