Student loans won't pay for the enrollment fee or the bridge course they wanted me to take

I did and was accepted, just can't afford to go

Well I got a letter in the mail today, I wasn't accepted.

I have to take the bridge biology course too, though have to figure out how to pay for it first.

I'll be reapplying since I couldn't get the enrollment fee in by today. That fee is not easy to come up with. Nor will the cost of that bio bridge course
