Thanks for the reply NurseCubanita, I have thought this out. You can get licensed in DC then endorse over to Maryland. But only if you have over 1000 hrs of preceptorship time. And this can be done in any state.

I may be able to but I think most want an agreement with the school, of which EC does not offer. I have not taken the first exam due to this glitch. I want to eventually be able to get licensed in Maryland.
