you can say that again! why blame all the examinees? why should the ones who passed without any leakage suffer from all this. im sorry, but why cant they just let those examinees from gapuz retake the exam. why should we retake also. we didnt review ...

oh. thanks.so when it was asked in the form if ever applied or taken rn examination in another state/territory.do they mean other states in u.s.a.?or in other countries as well?coz id doesnt say home country.it says state/territory.sorry im very new ...
