Hi! This topic is for those applying to NorthShore's NA program, with their application just opening on Feb. 1st. Is anyone familiar with their interview style/process? Best wishes to everyone!
Hi!
I just recently received an interview for Lourdes University's DNP NA program. Is anyone familiar with their interview style? Did anyone else get an interview?
Thanks in advance 🙂
I recently attended their open house and spoke directly to the program director. The LOR from the dean is to attest that you graduated from that nursing program on good academic standing. He stated that you do not personally need to be known by the d...
Hey guys! Has anyone been able to apply to Oakland University AFTER the first August 1st deadline (matriculation Fall 2024)? Their program website says that their app is available on nursingcas through January 1st, 2024. However, when I go to find th...
Hi!! I am looking to apply next year for the Northshore Nurse Anesthesia program. Is anyone able to speak to how their interview went? Are they more EI- or clinical-based questions? Thanks so much!
Hey guys. I am looking to apply to a few DNP/DNAP Anesthesia programs next year, and a few of my schools of interest require a stats course. I unfortunately did not take stats in my undergrad degree. Has anyone taken an online stats course and can ma...
Hey! I'm just curious as to how this course went for you. I am trying to find a course to take online and came across UCSD. Thanks for your input, I appreciate it 🙂

Hi! Applied during the regular admission cycle. Praying I get an interview!! Anyone able to shed light on how their interview went with UofD? Thank you!!
Sounds like they don't fill all the spots immediately. You should still interview because if they invited you then there's still a chance you may be the perfect candidate they're looking for and they'll offer you admission!
Without giving away too many details and dismantling the integrity of their interview process, would you mind sharing if the SIM was more so like a critical care ICU scenario or more tailored to an OR scenario? Thank you kindly! My fingers are crosse...
Gotcha! Thank you so much for the information 🙂 Congratulations again! I am finishing up my application and then I will be sending mine off to OU and UofD and a few more programs in different states. Super nervous!!
Oh wow! I was unaware of the graduate stats class prior to matriculation. Is that information on their website? Did the faculty at either school share with you how many qualified applicants they had for this application cycle?
Thank you very much for sharing 🙂 If you do not mind me asking, what made you decide to pick OU verses Wayne? I have seen a few other users here state that they decided to either go with Wayne over OU or UofD over OU and I am curious as to your reaso...
Congratulations on getting accepted! Was the interview more emotional intelligence questions or clinical based? Would you mind sharing your stats as well? 😊
Overall, my experience was good. There were some hiccups, but looking back on it, it could have been worse LOL. Oakland is a great school over all and I loved the location!
I found it! Thank you so much! It was odd, I had to apply on the 2023 NursingCas app and all of the other schools I am applying to are on the NursingCas 2024 app LOL. Best wishes for you! OU is my alma mater so I am hoping I get in! Currently living ...
