    Hello! Can anyone give insight on the hourly rates for MGH, BWH and BIDMC for experienced nurses with 5+years ICU experience? I'm unsure of how much to negotiate for without being unrealistic. Thanks!

    Thank you ErinDel! Do you know how the licensure process works too? I saw that MA renews on even years in birthday months. I will be applying for my licensure this Spring/Summer but have an October birthday. Will I have to pay the fee twice this year...
