Hourly Rate for Experienced RNs

Hello!

Can anyone give insight on the hourly rates for MGH, BWH and BIDMC for experienced nurses with 5+years ICU experience? I'm unsure of how much to negotiate for without being unrealistic. Thanks!

This is the current contract at BWH

This is the current rate at MGH, rumored to increase by the end of the year. I don’t know about BI. It’s based on years of RN experience. Each hospital is unique in is structure and type of patients; MGH is known for requiring rotating shifts; some hospitals are union if you appreciate those perks, some are not.
