I’m at SWC. Declined my seat to Grossmont last year. Wish I didn’t. SWC is a train wreck. And our NCLEX pass rate for the most recent cohort was only 90%… pick Grossmont.

Yes, you need all that filled out, stamped, and signed to complete your application. Can be a doctor, PA, or NP. As long as they are a provider, not a nurse or MA. You are also more than welcome to start your own SWC Fall 2022 thread as I did here...

Please don’t post screenshots of student’s full names & email address in the future. The website removed it, but it didn’t escape the email notification. My email and name was there, not a fan of sharing my info online if I can help it.

Accepted to Grossmont today with 89 points. Declining my spot for SWC. I prefer the partnership with SDSU at SWC. Grossmont has a partnership with PLNU, and if NCLEX pass rates are important, I’d urge you to look into theirs... ?. A BS...

Ah, must’ve skipped over that question because I didn’t think it pertained to after acceptance.

Can you post the screenshot where it says that their orientation is June 4th? I looked all over their website and new student handbook and could not find that info.

Their website says notifications will go out 3 months after the application cycle ended. So that puts the notification date close to June 1st.

Accepting for sure. I was rejected by Mira Costa, and I prefer SWC over Grossmont. I worked my a** off and have hit every obstacle imaginable for the last 9 years trying to get to this point. Couldn’t be happier!

There hasn’t ever been a Summer session for the ADN program at Grossmont. At least from what I read in the nursing student handbooks that went back several years. Perhaps you’re thinking of another school?
