Yeah, I got the 4MN interview with med surg as my first choice. Its hard to say though when you'll get yours because there are so many med surg floors at both hospitals!

UCLA first round interviews are typically with you, the unit director, and then possibly another member of the unit's management team.

Yup, the system changed a month or so ago. Although a status change is promising, it just means that a supervisor read your application, and not necessarily that you have gotten an interview.

The system changed a month or so before this new round of new grad apps. It probably changed around August-September sometime. I'm not sure if this new system will also include the status "Routed to interviewing supervisor" or not.

This does work differently depending upon the hospital. However, based on my experience the recruiter is the first person to contact in this situation. They are usually willing to update you on application status.

Have any NICCU applicants received the "Thank you" rejection email? It just seems to be my luck that hospitals never follow up with me to let me know I didn't get the job! ?

UCLA usually prefers in-person interviews, but will under some circumstances do interviews remotely. I'd contact the UD and recruiters ASAP if they express interest.

Hi, To my knowledge the application looked open but was actually no longer accepting submissions. There was some mix up in the application open date and I think it was related to that situation.
